The team at Ricardo Suarez, DDS, is committed to providing every patient with high-quality dental care in a relaxing, comfortable environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our West Covina, CA dental office!
Welcome, New Patients!
When you are ready to make an appointment, please give us a call at (626) 414-5995, and one of our friendly team members will schedule your first visit. We recommend that you print out the new patient forms located on our website, fill them out at your convenience, and bring them along to your appointment. This will save some time.
The reason for your visit will impact your first appointment.
Dental Check-Ups and Cleanings
If you are coming to our dental office for a routine examination and cleaning, Dr. Suarez will conduct an exam, and unless you bring in recent x-rays from your prior dentist, he will probably recommend a full set. Our hygienist will clean your teeth, and depending on when your last cleaning might have been, we might schedule you for a follow-up cleaning.
If you are coming to our dental office with a specific dental issue, your initial appointment will consist of a consultation and examination by Dr. Suarez. If he has treatment recommendations, he will go over those to ensure you completely understand what is involved. In some cases, he may be able to treat you the same day, but in most cases, you will likely be required to schedule a follow-up visit for treatment.
Please be sure to have the following information handy at your first appointment:
- A photo identification card
- Dental and/or medical insurance card
- Your surgical referral slip, if applicable
- Previous x-rays, if available
- A list of current medications
- Any medical conditions of which we should be aware
We have a wide range of dental office hours to accommodate our patients’ busy schedules. We open at 7:00 am on Monday through Thursday and are open until 5:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday and until 6:00 pm on Monday and Wednesday. Friday hours are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
We do our best to run on time, so you rarely have to wait. We do, however, sometimes have emergency patients. We ask for your understanding and patience should emergencies occur that impact our schedule.
Let Us Know If You Have Questions
If you have any questions before your first appointment, or if you are anxious about your dental visit, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. We look forward to seeing you!
